Context & Objectives:

A fast-growing ERP technology firm sought to strengthen leadership readiness among its emerging managers operating across France, Indonesia, Japan, and Vietnam. As the company expanded rapidly, it faced challenges in aligning leadership expectations, ensuring consistent communication, and fostering cross-cultural collaboration. The organization aimed to equip its leaders with the skills and insights necessary to navigate a complex, multi-country business environment while maintaining high team performance and engagement.

The primary objectives of this engagement were:
