CoachBase delivered a 6-month leadership coaching program for 14 millennial leaders across six African countries. Many of these leaders had little or no prior formal leadership training, yet were responsible for managing remote, cross-cultural teams in dynamic and complex work environments. The program was designed to address the unique challenges of leading geographically dispersed teams, while strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing team engagement, and fostering a coaching-driven approach to people management.

The 6-month program was structured around Executive coaching, interactive workshops, and practical application exercises. CoachBase Coaching platform adopted a hands-on, collaborative methodology to ensure leaders could immediately apply learning to their real-world challenges.
The program is currently showing strong early outcomes, including improved management confidence, increased engagement of remote teams, and heightened cultural adaptability in leadership practices. Participants reported feeling more capable of motivating and guiding their teams across regions while maintaining high performance standards. The program also reinforced the value of a coaching-oriented approach in leadership, promoting sustainable team growth and stronger organizational outcomes.
