With over 20 years of experience, I help professionals navigate challenges and make informed career decisions. Through my coaching, clients define and achieve meaningful goals, strengthen their leadership skills, and cultivate a balance between personal well-being and professional success.

In addition to my coaching practice, I bring extensive experience as a facilitator and program designer. I co-founded Breath@Work, an initiative that integrates conscious breathwork into corporate environments to enhance mental clarity, stimulate creativity, and support emotional balance. Fluent in English and French, I am based in Thailand and work with clients across APAC, EMEA, and beyond.
