I’m Cristelle Bretnacher, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with 15+ years of experience in high-stakes financial sector negotiations, now dedicated to empowering leaders and teams through transformative coaching. My journey began in Luxembourg’s financial hub, where I negotiated complex agreement for the employers organizations in Luxembourg and at European Commission level with trade unions.
