John has over 20 years of executive experience at Fortune
500 companies and well-known Chinese domestic
enterprises, with a diverse range of functional experiences
including sales, marketing, joint-venture & wholly-owned
foreign investment projects, engineering projects, and
human resources. He has experience across industries such
as technology, healthcare, telecom, automotive,
petrochemical, manufacturing, FMCG, education, and
consulting.
John is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a member
of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also a
mentor coach and ICF portfolio assessor for qualifying the
ICF ACC and PCC candidates.
John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University
of Western Ontario in Canada. With a background that
includes living and working in China and Canada, he is
proficient in both English and Mandarin.
