She also works with mid-career switchers on what they need to consider before making a switch.

She enjoys seeing possibilities and a-ha moments unfold when exploring and discovering with her clients team management and workplace relationship management skills while simultaneously discovering themselves. Julie has worked for more than two decades in the marketing communications profession across industries, types of organisations and economic situations. As a result, she is able to understand and empathise with her clients on the challenges they face. Having worked in and managed teams, Julie knows the benefits of leveraging on the strengths of team members and the importance of helping teams understand and appreciate each other. Julie has also worked with the community by giving career advise to mid to senior level job seekers as well as junior officers while working at Workforce Singapore.
She is a Master Solution Focused Practitioner, a certified Advanced Behavioral Consultant, a Stress Management Consultant and Belbin® Team Role Accredited. She holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Hull and a BA in Political Science & European Studies from the National University of Singapore.
She serves as the Director of Memberships and Assistant Treasurer at ICF Singapore Chapter, is a coach with The Humanitarian Coaching Network and Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences. She was invited to be an Industry Assessor at Nanyang Polytechnic School of Business Management for their International Business Strategy module. She is a Facilitator with Uncommon - a private leadership network of women leaders in Asia.
She was raised in cosmopolitan Singapore and has travelled since a young age to North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Egypt, Rwanda, Middle East and many Asian countries.
