Kenneth has over twenty years of corporate management experience across various industries that span from Malaysia to other regional countries. He specialises in corporate planning and strategy, corporate finance, corporate affairs and branding, corporate communication and stakeholder engagement, corporate governance and compliance, and strategic marketing. As a multi-faceted leader passionate about sustainability and social impact, he focuses on emotional intelligence and leadership development aimed at cultivating leaders who champion sustainable practices and drive positive impact.

Leveraging on his years of extensive and hands-on leadership and management experience at BOD and C-Suite levels, and his passion for people development, he aspires to help executives and leaders develop and transform, and become better versions of themselves at their workplaces and in their personal lives. 5. Led and managed the diverse businesses of a regional conglomerate in agriculture and natural resources industries, including compliance and stakeholder management/engagement.

6. Managed over 200 investment sales agents of collective investment schemes including rollout of incentive programmes etc.

7. Setup and managed new businesses including recruitment and building team from scratch, establishing SOP etc.
