He previously served as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of a public listed company and currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Drawing on this boardroom experience, Kenneth advises boards, CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams on strategy, sustainability integration, governance, and enterprise transformation.

Kenneth’s background spans corporate planning and strategy, corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance, stakeholder engagement, communications, and strategic marketing. This breadth enables him to work effectively at both board and executive levels, particularly in organisations navigating growth, complexity, and change.
