I am Shanti Sharma and Developing and Growing people is my passion. I am a Leadership Coach, Performance Coach, Team Coach, and a facilitator.

I am an ICF PCC certified coach and a Coach to Transformation Certified Mentor Coach (CMCC) . To nurture my coaching skills I am also pursuing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification and Transactional Analysis (TA). Applying coaching and NLP in my day to day life has helped me become a better, happier, and more composed person. My intent is able to use these tools and techniques to

transform as many lives as possible. I am also on the ICF Bengaluru Charter Chapter Board as the Director of Learning and Events.

I am also a certified Harrison Assessor, Belbin Assessor, and Interaction Styles Assessor. Each of these reports offer holistic awareness about oneself and can complement several learning interventions. I am equipped to use these assessments in coaching as required.

In my role as a Leadership Coach, Performance Coach, and Team Coach, I can help you find your balance and mojo as you work on any of these through my one on one, group and Team coaching.

In my current role I am a Leadership, Professional Development, and Team Coach since 2018. I have extensive experience in coaching professionals at all levels, from aspiring leaders to CXOs. My areas of expertise include leadership, conflict resolution, limiting beliefs, time management, and prioritization.

In addition to individual coaching, I have practiced group coaching with diverse groups united by a common goal, such as work-life integration or managing emotions. In group sessions, participants undergo the same process while deriving unique takeaways tailored to their needs.

I also offer team coaching to help teams align with their purpose, understand individual and team strengths, establish effective working rhythms (especially in Agile teams), and foster a psychologically safe environment that promotes learning and growth.

As a coach, I don't lead or lag behind my clients—I walk alongside them, holding space for their personal growth to guide our coaching conversations. My role is to facilitate new thinking that empowers coachees to discover solutions that best suit their needs.
