Brandon is a professional leadership coach based in South Korea. He has 23 years of experience in leading and managing businesses, teams, and projects. He works with tens of multinational companies from the APAC region to develop diverse leadership areas for their managers, leaders, directors, and executives. 

Brandon started his career as an engineer in 2001, after that he managed technical sales, projects, sales, and marketing. After that, he became the head of Korean business at a Singaporean company in Korea. Now he provides leadership coaching and facilitation programs to not only multinational companies but also Korean companies from Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Platform, Consulting, Luxury Retail, Oil & Gas, Service industries etc. The topics are impactful leadership, performance management, people management, creative/strategic thinking, communication, motivation, feedback, stress management, conflict management, career development etc. 

Brandon has coached more than 700 managers, leaders, and executives over 7 years from various industries: 

including senior engineers/managers in semiconductor high-tech equipment manufacturers,  HR managers in manufacturers, a VP in a global beverage company, a director of Korea sales business in a global industrial software provider, a regional director in a global real estate investment company, and managers from a marketing consulting firm, a luxury retail company, and a credit card company. These leadership programs run from 3 months to 1 year.

Brandon is a Certified Denison Consultant, a Certified Entrepreneurship Consultant of Korean Certified Entrepreneurship Consultant Association, a Certified Facilitator for LEGO Serious Play Methodology, Organizational Culture Expert,  a Professional Certified Coach of International Coaching Federation, an executive and team leadership/360-debrief coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a certified practitioner of DISC, a master facilitator of Design Thinking, a certified Psychology Counselor of Korea Psychology Education Institute, a certified AI Industry Consultant of Korea Artificial Intelligence Association,

Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He also received an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Sungkyunkwan University. Now, he is taking a DBA in Leadership at the Business School of Lausanne in Switzerland. 

Brandon lives in Seoul, South Korea. He enjoys reading, hiking, running, and working out. He is a native speaker of Korean and fluent in English.
