My work starts where things become less clear: when pressure rises, complexity increases, and the usual ways of thinking are no longer enough.
In these moments, leaders don’t need more advice. They need space to think—clearly, honestly, and differently. That is where I position myself.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years in international roles in marketing, sales, and communication, leading teams across Europe. This allows me to understand the realities, constraints, and performance expectations leaders face today.
I work in English, French, and Italian, and partner with leaders across industries including finance, industry, pharma, and services.
