I am an Executive Coach (ICF MCC) with over 4,500 hours of experience, supporting senior leaders and executives across international and multicultural environments.

My work starts where things become less clear: when pressure rises, complexity increases, and the usual ways of thinking are no longer enough.

In these moments, leaders don’t need more advice. They need space to think—clearly, honestly, and differently. That is where I position myself.

I partner with leaders and organizations to turn reflection into action, with measurable impact on decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and working relationships. My coaching is not about quick answers, but about helping leaders see what truly matters—and act on it with clarity and intention.

I often work with leaders who are successful, yet feel a growing gap between the demands they face and the way they currently respond. Together, we explore what is underneath: patterns, assumptions, pressures, and blind spots that shape their leadership—often without them realizing it.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years in international roles in marketing, sales, and communication, leading teams across Europe. This allows me to understand the realities, constraints, and performance expectations leaders face today.

I work in English, French, and Italian, and partner with leaders across industries including finance, industry, pharma, and services.
